About

I’m Nicole.

I’m not a consultant who read about project management in a course and decided to start charging for it.

I lived it – in one of the least forgiving environments there is: a government project management. No shortcuts, no “we’ll sort it out later,” and no traditional playbook to lean on either. I was the one holding IT projects and full building renovations together — coordinating subject matter experts who didn’t always agree, keeping communication flowing between people who needed to be on the same page, and managing budgets where every dollar had to be accounted for.

I watched what happens when a project doesn’t have that structure. I sat in rooms where stakeholders and project leads clashed because nobody had clarity on where things actually stood. I saw timelines slip so far that a building renovation was still unfinished by the time I retired from that role. I know what it costs — in time, in money, in stress that follows people home — when a project runs without the right person steering it.

That’s exactly why I do this differently.

Here’s what makes me worth listening to:

  • I’ve managed the kind of high-stakes projects where failure wasn’t an option — not hypothetical scenarios, real IT rollouts and construction timelines with real budgets and real consequences.
  • I understand budgets, not just schedules. Delays don’t just cost time — they cost money. I bring both project management and budget analysis experience to the table, so nothing gets managed in a silo.
  • I bring humanity into a field that often forgets it. Project management isn’t just spreadsheets and status updates. It’s people — stressed, overwhelmed, trying to hold their business together. I manage the plan and the people with the same level of care.
  • I do what’s right, even when it’s not the easiest path. When something goes off track, I don’t disappear or make excuses. I show up with alternatives and I stay until it’s resolved.

I started N Lee Services because I saw the same pattern everywhere I looked: talented business owners, capable teams, good intentions — all buried under bottlenecks, miscommunication, and chaos that a solid system could have prevented.

My job is to be the calm, capable person in your corner who makes sure that doesn’t happen to you. Not because it’s just a service I offer — because I genuinely want to see your business succeed, and I’m building something here that’s meant to last well beyond a single project.

So I know you’re wondering.. why listen to me?

Because I’ve been in the rooms where the stakes were highest, I’ve felt the weight of a project going sideways, and I’ve learned exactly what it takes to bring it back. That’s not a theory, it is  experience, put to work for you.
